This area is a small reflection of people from different strata, from different social classes in a large society. Christian invites the audience to choose between two different paths with the question “to trust people or not” and this question follows the viewer throughout the film.

19th July-Emily

Emily tells the life story of Emily Bronte, one of the world's most famous, enigmatic and provocative writers, who died at the age of 30. The world asks Emily Bronte not to share her feelings, thoughts, dreams, to be obedient, not to speak her mind. However, Emily wants to live life wildly and make her voice heard. The film focuses on the rebellious and misfit Emily, who found her own voice and wrote the literary classic Wuthering Heights, her fierce and passionate sisterly relationship with Charlotte and Anne, her painful and forbidden love for Weightman, and her interest in her idolized maverick sibling. Director is Frances O'Connor.
